PANTERRA Labs established as a standing R&D division
Labs moves from an informal research interest to a named division with a charter, published tracks and open positions.
PANTERRA Labs is now a standing division of PANTERRA PRIVATE LIMITED rather than an informal research interest. The charter is deliberately narrow: test technology before the delivery practice sells it, and publish the result either way.
Each track now carries a written question and an exit condition. A track ends when we can show a working reference implementation, or when we can state clearly why the direction does not hold for the clients we serve. Both endings get published here.
Four positions are open across applied AI evaluation, automation and robotics, energy systems software and advanced computing. These are real vacancies with defined scope, not open-ended talent pooling — each one owns a specific track.
Update cadence starts now and follows the work, not the calendar. We would rather publish four substantial notes a year than twelve thin ones.
