PANTERRA does not own or operate a semiconductor fabrication plant, holds no manufacturing capability, and sells no chip. Everything on this page is research and structured study.

The reason for doing it at all is practical: compute cost, availability and architecture now constrain almost every AI and data system we design. Understanding the layer beneath the software produces better decisions above it.
